Shipping Processing Time

Please allow 2-4 business days for products to ship once order is received. Your order will be delivered to you in 5-7 business days after order is shipped.

Shipping rates are connected to SingPost. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation with tracking number(s) will be emailed to the customer once the order has been shipped. To track your shipment, go to Order Status under Support Menu and enter the tracking number and your email.

Lost Orders

If your order is lost, please use the Contact page for support. Our team will review your email and get back to you within 2 business days.

Received an Incomplete or Wrong Order

If you have received an incomplete / wrong order, please use the Contact page with an explanation of the issue. We will get back to you within 2 business days to support your issue.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on eligible orders over $60, only in Singapore. We do not do international shipping at this time.
